We would like to let you know about an important change coming soon to how you log in to Te Kōhanga Reo Trust systems.
 

What’s changing?

At the end of May 2025, we will no longer use Okta for logging in. Instead, we’ll be moving to Microsoft Entra ID which is a safer and simpler way for you to access Te Kaupapa, email, and other online tools.

Why are we making this change?

• To improve security: Microsoft Entra has strong safety features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to help protect your information

• To make things easier: You’ll only need one login to access everything

• To save costs: Using one system (Microsoft) instead of two (Okta + Microsoft) means better value for the Trust and our kōhanga.

When will this happen?

• April and early May: We’ll start sharing videos and guides to help you prepare

• 30 May 2025: Last day to use Okta

• 31 May 2025: Microsoft Entra becomes our new login system.

What do you need to do?

• Look out for our next pānui and video guides – coming soon

• Watch the videos to see how to log in using Microsoft Entra

• Try logging in before the end of May, and reach out if you need help or have any questions.
   

We’ll support you every step of the way, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to make this a smooth transition.
