Learna Pipi- Kaitohu ā-rohe Ikaroa

We are pleased to confirm the appointment of Learna Pipi to the role of Kaitohu ā Rohe for Ikaroa. Learna is familiar to many of you across the motu. She has spent several years leading the kaupapa funding team located at the Tari Matua. Several years ago, she expressed a desire to provide direct support to our kōhanga whānau and subsequently took up a role in the Ikaroa rohe as District Kaupapa Kaimahi.

Learna assumed her new role on the 5th of August 2024. On the same date, Rogan Tanirau will continue in his supportive role across the Ikaroa rohe as the District Kaupapa Kaimahi.

Sonny Thomas – After nearly five years at the helm of our ICT mahi, Sonny has resigned from his position to pursue a more leisurely pace in his career. This change will allow him time to recharge. In the meantime, he has agreed to continue providing support to ensure we maintain the pace of change.
