IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: New bank account number and automatic cancellation of unpaid orders

After placing an order in the online store, a confirmation message will pop up on the screen, providing you with the order reference number and bank account details so you can make your payment straight away. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with these details.  

In the past we had two different bank accounts for different product types, but now payments for everything in the store go to the one bank account. Please check the confirmation message to make sure you are using the correct one.  

And don’t forget to make your payment within 14 days to avoid your order being automatically cancelled. We’ll send you a reminder email before the 14 days are up. 

Ordering your own Kōhanga Reo branded uniforms

If you’d like to order clothing branded with your Kōhanga Reo name, you can do this through our preferred supplier, NXP. These orders are not part of the winter sale or managed through our online store.

Don’t forget, you will first need to complete the request permission to use Tohu form when placing an order with NXP, so we can ensure the correct tohu version is applied to your order.
